Kryleos Private Limited(GSTIN: 32AANCK2517J1ZJ, “Kryleos”, “we”, or “us”) is an independent software studio and venture lab incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, headquartered in Kochi, Kerala, Republic of India. We operate a portfolio of autonomous software systems, including Utsyra, Setyra, Zeloryn, Oqira, and Qirava, as well as specialized client engineering platforms. This privacy policy explains how data is gathered, processed, and respected across our parent web surface and our ventures.
1. Architectural Privacy Principles
Our core philosophy is domain calibration and minimal data surface area. We collect only what is strictly required to deliver the core service:
- Utsyra:Event media files stream directly to the host's private Google Drive storage. Kryleos servers do not store or buffer your raw guest photographs.
- Setyra: Processes publicly accessible corporate and trade records for B2B intelligence. We do not sell consumer databases or personal consumer tracking profiles.
- Zeloryn: Runs entirely local-first. Zero telemetry, zero telemetry relays, and zero middleman proxying. All LLM API keys remain on your local machine, and terminal executions never traverse Kryleos servers.
- Bespoke Client Systems: Custom SaaS and FinOps systems are architected with isolated multi-tenant databases, strict role-based access control, and zero third-party training on client proprietary data.
- Oqira: Operates locally for student task initiation and syllabus processing. Behavioral distress vectors stay on your machine.
- Qirava: Wardrobe inventories and fit preferences are encrypted and tied strictly to your authenticated session.
2. Information Gathered on the Parent Website
The Kryleos parent website (kryleos.com) does not use invasive behavioral tracking cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party advertising pixels. Minimal server connection logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) are retained transiently for security and rate-limiting purposes.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
Where third-party infrastructure is utilized (e.g. Vercel for hosting, cloud database instances, or payment processors such as Razorpay for live transactions), data processing is strictly governed by enterprise-grade data protection agreements and regional compliance standards, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023.
