These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, services, and software applications owned and operated by Kryleos Technologies (“Kryleos”, “we”, or “our”), including our parent website at kryleos.com and our respective product properties.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Kryleos surface or product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Autonomous Systems & Product Mandates
Each Kryleos product operates under its specific functional scope:
- Utsyra: Event hosts and invited guests must not use the platform to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Setyra: Users must comply with applicable anti-spam and electronic communications regulations (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and equivalent regional legislation) when utilizing outbound communication workflows.
- Oqira & Qirava: Software provided during testing phases is offered on an as-is basis for evaluation and refinement.
3. Intellectual Property
The Kryleos Interlock mark, wordmarks, trade dress, and system architectures are the exclusive property of Kryleos Technologies. Users retain full ownership of their proprietary business data and personal media content submitted to our applications.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.
